Meet the Owner
Michelle Kendrick was born and raised in Nashville, TN. When her father moved to Atlanta, GA, Ms. Kendrick had the opportunity to explore culture and diversity from a different perspective. A perspective she believes, was the "best of both worlds." She attended Fisk University where she received her degree in Financial Management and upon graduation, she relocated to Atlanta, GA.
Michelle always knew that she wanted to leave a lasting impression on the next generation in life and in education. Educare Childcare & Enrichment Center officially opened in 1996, thus becoming a place where she could extend her spiritual gifts and impact the lives of the youth.
Her desire is for Educare to be a stepping stone that helps children strive for greatness in every area of life. To know Michelle, is to know a woman who is determined, passionate, driven, humbled, and most of all, a woman who loves to see everyone succeed. She's always giving words of encouragement to the people she comes in contact with. She is a mother of two wonderful children, Terrance and Tianna, a huge Sci-fi fan, loves to read, study history, and enjoys the great outdoors.
